Ways to Stay Active with MS

Staying active with MS can be tricky, but there are a variety of activities that keep people moving.
Ways to Stay Active:
- Daily walks
- Daily stretching
- Join a group or class
- Utilize a pool, not harsh on the body
- Yoga/Meditation (helps with stress which can be a trigger for most MS patients)
- Balance Exercises
- Progressive strength training
- Aerobic exercises
Multiple sclerosis symptoms vary person to person, so staying active is individualized to the specific needs of the person with MS.
